How to floss with braces depends on the type of braces you choose. Since you can remove invisible braces, you can floss normally.
If you have metal or clear braces, you’ll need a floss threader to thread orthodontic floss between the wires. Once you thread the floss, hold each end with your pointer fingers and move the floss back and forth.
If you have metal or clear braces, you must adjust your brush carefully to ensure you brush thoroughly.
